Hard to get any service
Bought 3 pairs of shoes which only delivered 2, tried to contact service, the live chat never answer my messages; sent the email, and no useful reply, still has not resolved the issue.

Considerate young staff
Went to buy shoes with my 18 year old son who is autistic so finding something that wasn't his canvas thread bare shoes was always going to be problematic. He insists on having one pale of shoes, the material, appearance and weight can be issues but both younger ladies were great and encouraging.

Ralph Lauren Slippers perfect
I purchased Polo Ralph Lauren Summit Scuff II Slippers in pink, absolutely lovely, well packaged and very comfy. Delivery was also very quick.

Bought two pairs of shoes in the sale, one after the other - didn't like them and the pictures on the website hadn't let me judge the design or quality very well. That said, the returns process was efficient and convenient, with several options.
